This article is for comments on the article Biblical Titles for Church Leaders. The central idea of the article is that Jesus told us not to take high titles for ourselves nor seek the place of honor but in most churches the leaders do just that -- we take on titles that exalt us above everyone else and we make sure that everyone knows that as servants of the Lord we are worthy of double-honor.
